Social media manager & video creation

Hi, I am an upholsterer (vintique upholstery) looking to work with someone who can create video content, and manage and grow my social media accounts. This includes Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and You Tube shorts. The role is 12-16hrs hrs per week. Calendar and content must be engaging, dynamic, STOP the Scroll content from my pictures and videos. Grow engagement Grow my following Generate leads with my content. My business is split into 3 sections:- 1) Service based-where I restore a customers chair, sofas etc. I offer a design service and help clients select fabrics and then restore their furniture. 2) Very Vintique is my on-line shop where I have selected an old chair that was destined for landfill, picked the fabric, restored & then sell. High price point and create one chair per month. 3) Mentor-I have an e-video guide on what you need to know about starting out in upholstery and I also sell “spring to success” sessions for people who have finished their training and want help to set up their upholstery business, or they are stuck in their upholstery business. Role includes:- -Create monthly content calendar with a good mix of content topic that are entertaining, relevant educational and disruptive. -Research trending audios and video inspiration to create Vintique videos. -Create elegant before and after videos showcasing my work. -Schedule 2 picture posts per week. Research relevant hashtags for post. I provide the copy and pictures for the posts. -Create and schedule 2 reels per week with caption, hashtag and in app audio. -ongoing hashtag research and hashtag performance reviewed -stories created for all platforms to advertise posts and reels -interact with my audience and respond to comments on post and videos at 7.30am UK time. Videos should be a mix of Text overlays, I can do voice overs for some videos and trending sounds. -Must have vision to re-purpose old content for marketing purposes -be on the apps regularly spotting trending videos which you can recreate for engagement. -Dig into the data and metrics of your social media efforts, such as engagement rates, traffic, click-through rates, conversions. -Keep up to date with the constant movement and changes within social media and adapt as required. -jump on tends quickly -Familiarity with editing apps for video and photos I look forward to hearing from you.
