Hello, I need a C# class (.NET 4.0) for posting pictures and messages to Facebook. The class can be made using Facebook SDK or similar SDK that is free to use. (Facebook SDK can be easily obtained by Nuget through Visual Studio). I need to use the class from a desktop application. The class and all methods must have commented code with description of each part. The class can be something like: public static class FacebookHelper { public static void PostPicture(string pictureFilePath, .... facebook connection parameters ....){ ... fill the required code } public static void PostMessage(string message, .... facebook connection parameters ....){ ... fill the required code } } In addition I need few instructions about what is required to register and how to do it on Facebook to post pictures, permissions, AppID, AppSecret and anything else required to make this work. Thank You.

THe facebook use OAuth2 security mechanism to grant permissin to application so that user can post pictures and messages to others walls using that app. The OAuth requires authentication at the first time after that a access token is used to authorise the user

Hi, I'm having experience of 7 years in .Net platform and worked with reputed company based from India. Hope you need to post the pictures and message on the facebook from you desktop application. Please find my understanding on this project and let me know if I understood wrongly. a. In order to post pictures or messages in facebook it should be logged in through the facebook SDK and given an application key for that session to connect the SDK b. Once connected then we can post the pictures or message on the logged in profile by using the facebook service rendered by SDK Note: The user has to be logged in through facebook in order to post the pictures and messages.
