Survival reality videos for non-profit school of sustainability

Looking for a long term relationship. We are an adventure, survival school, tour business. I am looking for someone to create 20 minute reality movies, two to four per month. The movies will be highlights of the week's teaching, trials and adventures. We will provide two hours or more per week of film footage, voiceovers, photos etc..and our freelancer will edit the footage to fit 20 minutes, produce the film with music, transitions, and or animations. The goal is a Youtube channel "reality series"with ongoing adventures of people from around the world who come an learn at our adventure survival school. I am looking for a creative eye, someone who gets the "eco, green, survival and reality genre" We are desirous of getting sponsorship from some major companies that will benefit from association to our non profit. After we choose our first freelancer and see what the freelancer produces we will decide to carry on with freelancer on the second video and third etc..If we are not completely satisfied we might give the next person on the list a chance but the goal is to find someone who wants to grow with us. Possibly charging less in the beginning and as we gain momentum and viewership, sponsorship, we can grow together and pay more and more as we go for each new video.
