I have thousands of csv files on 4 different folders, all the files have 1 single column with integer values with a header row. I need to change from integer to double (the same value but with 2 decimals, using(.) not (,) for decimal). Also need to add a second row with a header called "N", with the value "0.00" in all rows. The files has to be CSV using "," not ";" Attached an example of the original and the modified file I need.
