Develop reports from excel data to create pdf files for tenants

As title says, this project involves leveraging raw excel data to create multiple reports in pdf and autogenerate emails to multiple customers with reports attached. We are a property management company. We have multiple properties each with multiple tenants (renters). We have lot of expenses that we bill to the tenant on top of the monthly rent that the tenant pays. These expenses include things like property taxes, insurance, and CAMs (common area maintenance). CAMs are maintenance expenses that are common to multiple tenant’s e.g. Sweeping of the parking lot of the property, repairs to parking lot of building, electricity bill for the common areas, water bill for common areas, etc. Sometimes few expenses are common to only a group of tenants e.g. a water meter that is only for 5 tenants. At the start of the year, we don’t know exactly how much of these additional expenses we will incur throughout the year. So we estimate these expenses and bill the tenants every month by prorating based on the area that is allocated to them. Then at the end of each year, when we know the total expenses incurred, we calculate the difference between the estimated amount billed to them each month and the actual amount incurred. This is called reconciliation of the expenses. As part of the project, will provide all the data and need to create those reports. Also one of the key objective is to automate a process which means in future make it flexible so that things can be added or removed for applying this to other properties.
