Hi there, Your project sounds fun and interesting - I have over 13 years of corporate experience working in Excel and Word creating advanced automated dashboards and reports and I know I could enhance your existing documents and make them look professional and beautiful for your clients. I would completely redesign the Excel workbook and ensure all of the calculations are working. It would look very slick with your logo and color scheme used but nothing over the top. As for the word doc - absolutely I would also revamp this document to look better and flow better and would also include drop down boxes/check boxes where applicable to make it easier for your less computer savvy clientele.
