Build and design a reporting template Excel and Word.

We have a sheep dairy farm in New Zealand. The manager of the farm must report to management on a weekly basis. We want this to be a simple standardised process. I have created a comprehensive draft template on excel with all the content required in the report along with lists to be used as drop down list. We want the freelancer to redesign into a professional reporting template both in an excel format and a word format (with the same table functions as excel i.e. drop lists and formulas). The reason for this is the user of the template (the farm manager) lack of familiarity with excel. The freelancer must be very good on excel and word. We also want a freelancer with an eye for design. We want the user to be able to take the completed template, push print to pdf and produce a published weekly report ready to be emailed. The job is urgent, so only those freelancers that can do the job immediately should apply
