MIKROTIK ROUTER OS Captive Portal Set UP

Hi! I need someone to help with the following Mikrotik model RBP 951Ui-2HnD 1. Set up Mikrotik Captive Portal. I currently have a separate router that supplies the internet. It is ADSL. Need to connect to it Mikrotik to create a captive portal. 2. Need to create a user login php file. Login page to be customised, the captive portal needs to be amended with the company logo and wording. Captive portal to collect User's email, date of birth, full name etc. 3. Webpage or php login page needs to be connected to Mailchimp or engagebay or similar marketing suite to verify email address etc. 4. Need to ensure the maximum available speed on Mikrotik is set. 5. Any other Mikrotik set up and explanation help in case it doesnt work i will be able to fix it. As this is a set up support the person needs to be open to speak over whatsapp or do screen sharing with zoom or do a video with loom. Mikrotik model RBP 951Ui-2HnD
