I have a basic idea of the device I'm trying to build. im trying to use a worm drive motor to raise a platform at the corners i also need the platform to be stable when i a raise position. this would be 1/2 of the Mechanism but it would be mirrored to lift the platform.

i have a lot of ideas and mechanisms for this job. i will help you to get the best idea as i made a lot of mechanisms like this as i had participated in a lot of robotics competitions where the tasks need mechanisms to do it. also i will make the 3D model for it and simulate the motion to see the motion of the mechanism before fabrication.
