I require plans from a DWG file converted to a 3D STEP and or IGES file as a simple 3d model. Once the model has been created, it needs to be tested for viability. The jig holds a 3/4"forstner bit in position on the headstock of a guitar so the trussrod access hole can be machined. The jig will eventually be milled in aluminuim. Tolerances on the the running surfaces also have to be checked to make sure the drill bit travels freely but at the same time provide a high level of accuracy. Tolerances on the drawing for this at present are .04mm but can be adjusted. If you have any questions can you please contact me.
