Hello, Do you want the mqtt data to be sent to the server based on the temperature detected? what is the temperature range, so that we can select the suitable sensor for the project. please share more info.................................................................................................................I guess we can use the ic type sensor which can measure upto 100degree with an accuracy of +/1 degree
