Hello, what you need is a signal generator to ring your phone, 90 VRMS 20 Hz AC that can be built with a HV430 chip. You also need a voice or audio recording kit of eg 120 second recorder. Of course the proximity sensor and finally a circuit based on a PIC microcontroller for the control and integration of the system. This can off-hook detector.
