Before placing this bid, I performed a cursory search to establish what products are currently available in the emergency lighting market space today. I found two specific manufacturers that offer good reference products for both system designs you are seeking to develop. 1) Evolve with their “Prism Scene Lighting” product. It is a good representation of the “Balloon system” and also listed some potential patent protection that should be considered during the concept phase of your system. 2) Larsen electronics has a wide selection of light towers that are a good reference for the “ Telescopic Tower Light type/Tripod system” As a reference for you to consider the acceptance of this bid; my background for over 20 years has been primarily as a mechanical design engineer but in that time I have also developed skillsets in the other engineering disciplines including hydraulics, pneumatics, servo systems design and electrical engineering. I am an electronics engineer I don't know exactly how you want it done but if you want it done buy something like microcontrollers, wifi, bluetooth or any other communication system I can do that also I can design simple mechanical Designs.

I would very much like to coordinate with a Mechtronics Engineer on this sort of project, with you completing the mechanical work and I completing the electrical design work. I have a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and 10 patents from HP California (see Google Patents for details). Petrol seems like an ideal solution because there are a lot of products that use it. However, natural gas actually burns a lot cleaner and makes a nice solution that can be used even in a kitchen for example in the case of electrical power outage which is nearly ideal, along with the gas stove. To design the engine based on a gas source could be a nice way to make the overall product attractive. Another alternate feul source is compressed CO2 which is widely available for carbonated beverages. The single engine might be able to work with either propane, butane, or also compressed CO2 since it is a Carnot engine / piston arrangement that is pretty generic with a spark plug only to ignite a gas mixture; or if compressed gas no ignition is needed (but it is also not harmful). I would probably want to test the product after it is complete. I have actually been looking to market something similar on the local marketplace, so I anticipate that the return on investment could be high. That is one of the factors motivating the unusually low bid for this sort of work.
