battery engineer and understands making PCB boards

I have been designing PCB's for some 20+ year. Located in New York City. Am I a "battery engineer"? No. What exactly is a "battery engineer"? Do I know supercapacitors? I have seen them. I short, your post is very vague. Anybody and nobody can qualify both at the same time. Maybe if you described your project in more detail, you stood a chance to attract proper talent. My two cents. Greetings I am an IPC certified Advanced Interface Designer (CID+). There are very few expert PCB designers with credentials. I would like to work on your project. Sorry, I am in Upper Michigan not in Maryland but can travel if absolutely necessary. My advice would be to use Altium Designer as the design tool as it is fully integrated and has excellent native 3D capability. Your deliverables would include the symbol and footprint libraries, schematic, pcbn layout and all production files (in gerber or ODB++ or other). My advice is t use a "real" layout program, not Kicad or Eaglecad. These programs are free and unlicensed and have the performance of a free, unlicensed tool!
