Joomla Opencart /Paypal Ordering Integeration

Hi There: I have a restaurant website I want to integrate online ordering to implement. The menu/items layout would be exactly like this. I have installed virtuemart but it isn't configured properly. The task would be : One someone click on the menu it lands on a new page with Category list on the left column (total three columns) and when a category is selected it opens a list of all the items in the middle column with descriptions of the items, price, and variations e.g. gluten, hot, nut and when an item is added from the middle column it reflects in the cart on the far right column with the options of Collection or Delivery (radio button) and 10% discount on collection. Anyone want this job must have done e-commerce before and I would like to check few running projects of this sort. Also, you can implement any payment solution you want but the only thing you need make sure it supports paypal with card. Thanks
