461794 Updated Design/New Modules for Drupal Site

The site is the creation of a merchant association. We want our site to provide engaging and interesting information about our neighborhood to both locals and tourists, while also offering a basic business directory. The focus is not the directory; it's on the other content about the neighborhood, and helping visitors understand what there is to do. We also want to build their comfort level so they are more ready to venture and try new things (like a guide). We hope this could become a template/pilot for use by other merchant associations and tour guides. We originally had a site named [login to view URL], built in Drupal and currently hosted (for a year). If possible, we would like to simply restructure/design this site (also renaming it [login to view URL]). We know how to add/re-organize site (info arch) but I need help because we are not experts in Drupal. I (Corinna) am fluent in HTML and Dreamweaver and get the basics of Drupal in terms of back-end admin. We are interested in working with an individual or firm we can have a future long-term relationship with, esp. if this individual/firm has skills in mobile site/app development, which we will be interested in within 6 mo to a year.
