Django Enrollment & Reporting Website

The Project (Django Framework) is in stages, but this first stage is for an enrollment and reporting system. It looks like a multilevel marketing system, but just in structure, and not in principle. People would enroll others, on the platform, based on a hierarchy (Continent, Region, Country, Province, etc), and then people who they enroll would also enroll others into the network. Enrolment does not involve any payments, and unique links could be shared to a person to enroll under you. An Admin Dashboard for the hierarchy would be required (General Admin, Continent Admin, Country Admin, State Admin), and we would require an interface to tweak this hierarchy. Also when each user logs in, they should have a dashboard that shows their enrollments and performance. The admins would see an overview of all enrollments by Continents/Regions/Countries/Zones depending on their admin level, and locale (e.g. UK Admin sees the entire UK enrollments, England Admin - England and London Admin - London). The system should also be able to notify new enrollments by an email (template), and should be able to submit or print status reports (weekly, monthly, annually) showing increase, status, etc. After this stage, the system would be extended to include an academy, a social network, etc. So users should be in a database that can be reused in other sections of the application. We have a UX Designer a Product Manager, we just need development resources. If we work well, we would engage you on the later stages of the project.
