Looking for a DevOps engineer.

We are a SaaS company serving SMEs. We have more than a dozen servers running on multiple cloud services, and we are looking for a DevOps expert who can help us organize our servers better and achieve the following initial goals. We would like to consider a long-term relationship thereafter, as we will continue to require regular DevOps assistance. Initial requirements: * Monitor all computational infrastructure, improve existing monitoring setup, and report anomalous behavior. * Extend the coverage of our email and SMS alerts for critical errors, downtimes and unusual activity, and routine maintenance of this setup. * Improve and monitor backup processes, improve the recovery processes, and test them. Document all security-related events. * Update the best practices and guidelines in the organization. * Availability to handle emergency circumstances. We would like this DevOps expert to be available on-demand to help our engineering team when necessary. We are happy to pre-pay a retainer for this.
