I have a email verification app like [login to view URL], in my site people can verify email addresses are really exist or not. But the problem is if my web server send hundreds/thousands of requests in one particular SMTP server, that server's firewall definitely block my IP Address. So I need a DevOps who will help me to get rid of this problem, and we can send unlimited requests in a SMTP web server. Start you bid with this line "I am a DevOps" so that I can understand you are thr right guy for my project. Ignore the price, I would like to have a quote from you.

I Am a DevOps. There are several techniques for accomplishing the task you describe. A lot depends on how many IPs you have available and whether the sending server is *nix (Linux, etc), Windows, or Apple (not likely at this point). I am submitting a bid based on the likelihood you are running Linux (especially since your listing mentions Linux Skills). If you are not then my bid will need adjustment.
