Verinet - Mobile Property Survey Tool

We require a tool that will give property surveyors the ability to draw room plans in the field. It will need to detail the length/height of walls, position/size/height of windows or doors. The application will also need to calculate certain metrics such as: plan area, ceiling area, wall area – calculations need to be 100% accurate. It should be possible to enter any values (excluding the calculations) with the drawing scaling to the entered values. It should be possible to add notes and images to the drawing. Images can either be imported from the devices photo library or taken using the on-board camera. It should be simple to create this plan drawing using a touch interface. Once a drawing is complete it should be possible to view a basic 3D model of the room. The system must be created in Delphi XE2 with full compatibility with Firemonkey to accommodate use between different mobile platforms.
