Yellowpages harvesting, scraping yellowpages 4 company into

I need to scrape Yellow Pages for the search term: "Painting Contractors" for every city in the U.S. (or roughly the top 1000 cities, which can be found here: [login to view URL]). Also, I need to format the excel sheet so that we can list the columns/rows by city and state (we need to have this happen because we need to contact a lot of these companies and need to be able to find them quickly, based on the city or state they provide services in). -I can show an example that we did a couple years ago if needed. NOTES: I know there are a lot of harvesting and scraping tools out there that will extract the data from Yellow Book with ease. However, I don't have the time right now to do it and I am not good enough in excel to to format it the way we need it.
