An Excel work book having two sheets, one is for entering daily transaction of items i.e. receipts and despatched. in sheet1 just code of the item will be entered, upon doing this name of the item will be automatically shown. In sheet2 stock of every item is updated after each transaction. If stock quantity becomes lower than reorder level (pre-defined) than stock report will show it. Sheet2 is entirely protected and sheet1 is partially protect but any body can check the results of the project.
