Hello, I'm a statistical Analyst/Engineer and I'm familiar with statistics' softwares, I never worked with Weka but as I searched, it's an open source, so the documentation won't be an issue. All softwares work on the same principle. I read the assignement and I can assure you good results since I've already worked severus times with classification trees (Especially the hierarchical cluster analysis). In my graduate study, I completed my thesis study on a churn problem where I effectively applied to Weka for my problem. Additionally, I performed both J48 and logistic regression on Weka to complete my task.
