Hello, we are a retail e-commerce company looking for a part-time customer service rep. We offer our customers the possibility to apply for financing when placing an order. In order to do that they need to fill out an application in a third party website. Your job would be to check the application's status and once the customer has been approved for financing, you would need to call the customer to let him know the amount he/she was approved for and probably assist placing the order if needed.

Hello, My name is Felipe Ricca. I am 18 years old and I was born in Argentina. I lived in Buenos Aires all my life. I am therefore a native Spanish speaker (Castellano) (although I am not Spanish, I can put an accent with no effort at all). Since the age of two I started developing my English, till today I remain as a fluid English speaker, reader and writer. Furthermore, thanks to my education at Northlands School, which is a British school (Buenos Aires, Argentina, where I was born and I currently live), I am an IB graduate in Arts and Literature with also high knowledge in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
