The GHAG is accepting applications for a Part time or full time Accounts Receivable clerk. The position is responsible for the accounts receivable functions;ensuring payments are received from clients on a timely [login to view URL] duties include Emailing activity and computer use, as well as filing and faxing of customer invoices and information and meeting monthly accounts receivable goals. . A Fund Accounting Analyst is responsible for ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of the mutual funds activities including calculation of net asset value (price), distribution factors and assisting in preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Distribute fund data to internal and external business partners Ensure accurate fund records through review of reconciliation reports Research cash and fund holdings differences with custodian Communicate cash position to the investment advisor Process, balance and reconcile shareholder activity with the transfer agent Calculate daily market value of portfolio holdings Calculate daily net asset value Complete month-end reporting requirements Assist with preparation of financial statements Assist with preparation of regulatory filings Assist with preparation of board materials Assist with preparation of year-end tax reporting Assist management with special projects Providing guidance to associates on a daily basis Assist the team on the resolution of outstanding items Reviewing production work for adherence to departmental/client procedures Ensuring accuracy and timely distribution of work product Support and implement department initiatives Participate in development and facilitation of departmental training courses Facilitating audits Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business-related area or equivalent work experience Recommended minimum of 2 years industry related experience Experience working with Microsoft Office products required Ability to consistently demonstrate the following attributes: Effective time management skills associated with daily and non-daily assignments Effective communication skills High quality customer service Ability to produce high quality results Ability to work with and assist other associates in meeting common goals Initiative in self-development.
