List of Concierge and House Call Doctors

This project is to gather the name, address, phone, email addresses, and website of all concierge and house call doctors in the San Francisco Bay Area. I have attached the city listing of all cities that should be included in your research. To get an idea of what I am looking for, check out the following google searches, "concierge doctor san francisco" or "house call doctor san francisco". The final project deliverable should be in an excel format and I will pay per verified name received. This is not a project to collect general doctors. The list must be concierge doctors or house call doctors in the cities I have listed.
