Looking for experienced real estate VAs from the phillipines

Have just started a company, delivering virtual assistants to real estate agents, and am looking for real estate VAs, with several years' experience, to represent us. Females are represented; mainly, because they tend to be better with people (and this will, likely, involve phone support etc). This will be a trial project; to see if you're a good fit. The budget is $5/hour and it will be on-going for a week or two (after which we'll see what the client thinks and move on or not move on). I want you to take a look at the list, below, and tell me which things you have done, which ones you like and which you excel at. If you've done the basics - the things that any real estate agent would want help with/which helps them free the most time/which they hate the most - and you love taking phone calls, and the most common things a VA does, I think you have a good shot at this. Would be appreciated if, in the PM, you could send an audio sample of you talking, about yourself and why you think you'd be a good fit; so I can get a sense of how you are and what you could offer.
