My Recent Customer support job responsibilities are :
1) Check client queries on daily basis, Troubleshoot, Resolve and reply them in turn around time.
2) Resolve Refund, Cancellation, Payments & other order related issues with high priority.
3) Customer support by chat and email.
4) Product research and uploading as well
5) Create Product Catalog ,Change Prices and make it up-to the mark on daily basis
6) A Complete store management activities, including, hosting, Website error troubleshooting using hosting support & Migration etc
