279401 Convert one file to tableless

Hello Freelancers, I have a website running on a script, that uses php/smarty, it has one template file, that wraps around the other pages, so it shows the header, and footer etc. all in one file, problem is, it uses tables, and it's a mess. What I need done: Convert the file to tableless Fix one HTML issue: (some site stats are on top of the pages but the move with another td that shows random quotes, it needs to be fixed.. you'll see what i mean when you start the project) What You need: You need to be able to convert the file to tableless, and must understand the php smarty template engine, so you know how it works. This should be a quick project, probably wont take more than an hour to finish probably less though, since it's only one file.
