Hi there, We have written PHP modules to Parse emails being received in an Inbox. We built this for a Recruiter system so that all communication could be handled directly from the Software. We can similarly parse the emails by creating a Zoho App. Further the Zoho app will communicate to your CRM via APIs. The various conditions I have understood are: 1. New emails should be added as new leads. 2. CC emails should also be added as leads. 3. If email already exists, then its should be updated with the address. 4. Auto respond to new leads via a Request for Action. Also create Validation task for a company member to validate within 2 days. 5. If email sender is from an existing company, then it should be copied to the contact list of that company. I have also gone over the Zoho documentations. We are confident of implementing these tasks.
