My small business already uses Salesforce as a simple CRM.
I need Salesforce optimised:
Jobs 1 and 2 = Report setup
Jobs 3 and 4 = Dashboard optimisation
Below is detailed spec
1. Monthly report
Can the system calculate and send to me at 1am on 1st of every month
With these columns
1. Months
2. Number of contact with date created in that month
3. Number with Status as SPAM with date created in that month
4. Number with Status as Pending with date created in that month
5. Total expected account sizes for all those classified as Pending in that month (the system is going to need to: a) Create a median value for all the Expected Account Size which i think should be done by creating automatically populating new SF field that feeds of the Expected Account Size field ranges b) sum these for the desired Status)
6. Number with Status as Open with date created in that month
7. Total expected account sizes for all those classified as Open in that month
8. Number with Status as Signed and Funded with date created in that month
9. Total expected account sizes for all those classifed as Signed and Funded in that month
10 Average genuine user Account size = Open+Pending+Signed+Funded Expected Account sizes/ Total number of clients classified as Open+Pending+Signed+Funded in the corresponding month
11. Monthly Referral rate %: ( OPen+Signed+Funded) / (All contacts with date created in that month)
12. Monthly Referral conversion rate % : (Signed+Funded) / (Signed+Funded+Closed)
2. Weekly report
Sent at midnight UK time at the end of Friday this is a consolidation of the daily report
Columns - for date created in last 7 days from Midnight Friday
1. Number of contacts created
2. Number classified as Spam
3. Number Not yet called
4. Number Pending
5. Total Pending account sizes
6. Number Open
7. Total Open account size
HOME SCREEN:

*Before doing this implement a Call Back field for all contacts
Not Yet Contacted List
1. All the new imports to SF must automatically be labelled at NYC (not status '0')
2. Columns: Name, Ques ID, Expected account size, Date last created, Call back field default = date last created plus one business day
3. New field: Results checked? : {Answer is Yes or No]. This field populated automatically if the contact has checked their results link. SF will know this because the system will receive an email with a certain Subject line and a reference to the user Questionniare ID. These are currently automatically appedned to the relevant contact. SF needs to read that if this has been appended then the new field automatically says Yes. If the link has not been read then the default answer in the Field is No.
4. Ability to sort any of the columns Ascending/Descending
5. After 1 week from date first created the contact moves to Spam and an automatic email is sent to the contact - copy t be provided on request
Pending List
1. All the Pendings contacts listed
2. Columns: Name, Ques ID, Expected account size, Date last created, Call back field default = date last created plus one business day
3. Ability to sort any of the columns Ascending/Descending
4. Second Dashboard
Total Open client
Total Expected Account Size of all the clients classified as Open
Total Pending clients
Total Pending AUM
Referrals this week (week defined as 7 days to Friday midnight) (Referral definition - number contacts of any date created which have Status changes to Open) with a target of 12 - are we above or below target?
Month to date FWM referral conversion rate - for every new Contact created in the current Month how many are changed to 'Open'
All reports should be accessible and seen by all the Salesforce users in my company.
All reports should source data from 'All wealth managers' not just 'My contacts'.
