Digital Marketing Social Media Manager

We are cleaning company looking to launch our new website, we currently have an interactive instagram account and we are looking for a Digital Marketing + Graphic Designer to join us as a full-timer and able to commit to working full time. You’ll be working closely with our Marketing Manager to run our social media page and our IG handle, You’ll be given the opportunity to create digital marketing campaigns, copy-writing, and content creation to support the company’s expansion efforts. The ideal candidate must have the passion for marketing and be well-versed in both the digital marketing concepts & Graphic Designs as well as possesses good writing abilities. Ideally someone whom we can work long term with and pay a monthly recurring fee. 1. Specific Responsibilities · Design and drive strategic content marketing initiatives such as content planning, development, and optimization across different online and social media channels and digital touchpoints (Tiktok, FB, IG, Youtube) · Create and curate editorial calendars and syndication schedules per quarter for the brands · Conceptualize, Story Board, create, publish and share daily content that encourages community engagement and follower growth on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Tiktok) · Aligning and being updated on the marketing directives and initiatives of the group · Support on cross-departmental social media initiatives on a campaign basis (e.g., e-commerce, sales) · Manage and execute ticketing requests from the Marketing Team. · Ensure that all visuals created are aligned with Dustaway's instagram identity · Work closely with the Marketing Team in Singapore and ensure that tight timelines are met with high quality outputs. · Conceptualize and create interesting content for both online and offline platforms. · Build and manage company’s profile and online presence effectively · Daily social media and community engagement activities including prompt communication and handling of feedback. . Update of website content, experience with html, wordpress themes and plugins · Create content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube, Blogs) · Research and develop compelling story angles · Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas 2. Requirement To be successful in this role we will need someone who takes pride in being organized and reliable, who is self-managed and able to priorities tasks and respecting strict deadlines with thoroughness. Furthermore, you are able to maintain and act on both long-term projects and short-term tasks. We believe the right candidate will have the following experiences and competencies: Able to think out of the box and creative Possess a Design Degree and have at least 1-2 years of Digital Design Experience Need to be familiar with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign Knowledge for Adobe Premiere Pro and WordPress is a bonus Ideally having managed an Instagram page or online shop before with strong portfolio to share. Will need to commit full time and not have other projects on hand.
