CPanel - Accounting.php.inc - PHP Coin

Does any programmer know how we can get round the Base Dir restrcition ? We are trying to use the WHM Mod on PHP Coin but we get these errors: Warning: do_build_acct_ary(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/[login to view URL]) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/phpcoin:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp) in /home/phpcoin/public_html/modules/whm/[login to view URL] on line 587 Warning: do_build_acct_ary(/usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/[login to view URL]): failed to open stream: Operation not permitted in /home/phpcoin/public_html/modules/whm/[login to view URL] on line 587 Warning: do_build_acct_ary(): Failed opening '/usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/[login to view URL]' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/phpcoin/public_html/modules/whm/[login to view URL] on line 587 Fatal error: Call to undefined function: listaccts() in /home/phpcoin/public_html/modules/whm/[login to view URL] on line 589 It seems that we can't access the CPanel account file ? Now I'm new to this but is there anyway we can create a new one that is accessible to us but still provides same functionality ? Or Is there a way to get around base dir restrcitions ? Thanks
