We have 19 articles that require keywords to be inserted in the text provided, proofreading, and editing in order to accommodate the new inserted keywords Articles are of good quality only the writer has forgotten to introduce the keywords - that will generate little modifications for you do, as the keyword has to be introduced 5 times into the text. We have maximum 3 hours time frame for this project. We have a very small budget that has been taken off from the pay of the original articles writer. We are not going to penalize him that much, we only plan to reduce his pay rate only by your cost - no fees or other penalties will be applied or taken off his pay; we are trying to save as much as we can on his portion of money as he has done most of the work. Please give us the best minimum rate you can offer, as this is a very simple project.

I can begin working on your project as soon as I receive it and, on condition that the writing is of a reasonable standard, would expect to return the completed article within two days. Unless instructed to the contrary I assume that the font, language (for example US or UK English) and layout used in the original document are to be retained. For editing purposes I use 'Track Changes' in order to highlight any amendments that have not previously been agreed. Three years ago I successfully completed a Publishing Training Centre proofreading course, gaining a pass with merit. Since then I have worked almost exclusively for Pure Content Ltd, during which time I have proofread or copy edited thousands of web-based articles on a wide range of subjects.
