Write a fact sheet about women and work focusing on Australia

I need a fact sheet about women and work. The facts used must be interesting and note worthy, verified and accurate. The target audience is mothers aged 25-45 - the focus is definitely Australia but observations can be made about the global situation, particularly where Australia differs in an interesting way from other countries. The facts do not need to preach any particular point of view but should contain percentages or simple data eg: (1) 65% of mothers have returned to work by the time their baby is 10 months old. (2) women who return to work after a child are 20% more likely to suffer stress at work. [These are not actual facts; they're just examples.] Each fact must have a source indicated in the fact sheet which can be verified online from a reliable source eg Australian Bureau of Statistics, university etc The fact sheet should cover such topics including the following (IN EACH CASE WITH DATA/EVIDENCE): 1. How many working women have children? 2. What are the biggest challenges that face working mothers? 3. At what stage (age of child or otherwise) do most women return to work after having a child? 4. What are the biggest positives about women returning to work after having a child (for them, the child, the country)? 5. What are the biggest detriments about women returning to work after having a child (for them and the child)? 6. What do women report as the things that have helped them most when returning to work after having a child? 7. What are women's earnings before and after children or with or without children and other facts about the economic, work time and leisure time consequences of juggling babies and work? 8. Any economic/financial positives that can be demonstrated statistically about having a baby either for the mother, the baby or the country. 9. Any other interesting facts you come across. There is no need to format the fact sheet in any particular way. A Word document or text document is fine. There is no particular word count in mind but at least 1000 words. It's fine to go over that, though. It has to be in proper English without errors however, accuracy and interestingness is more important that finessing the language. The fact sheet cannot be copied from elsewhere and must pass a Copyscape test.
