Seeking mid- to high-level remote sales agents with experience in inbound sales for a long-term position in the technology industry. Role: - Inbound sales agents will be responsible for handling incoming sales inquiries and converting them into successful sales. - They will need to possess excellent communication and persuasion skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Responsibilities: - Handle inbound sales calls and emails, providing product information and guidance to potential customers. - Convert inquiries into sales by effectively communicating the value and benefits of our technology products. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions. - Collaborate efficiently with internal teams as a team. - Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to the management. - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals. Skills and Experience: - Mid-level experience in inbound sales is the minimum requirement. - Proven track record of successfully closing sales and meeting sales targets. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers. - Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. - Familiarity with technology products and the ability to explain their features and benefits. - Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus. - Self-motivated and target-driven individuals.
