I want to build a Pay-Per-Click website to be hosted on a Windows 2000 server running IIS, access database and Coldfusion. In addition to the PPC Search, the site needs to be able to add links on a pay per year basis, and for me to add free links that I wish. Should take [login to view URL] payments, with the ability to integrate credit cards later. I need to be able to translate the text to other languages. This project will consist of making one ppc page, for [login to view URL] one of the countries, with a "country" code in it so that searches will only look in that country code. The site will then be duplicated adding other countries. You should also allow room for me to add other links, advertisers etc.
