Need to develop an EVENT application

Hello I can give more information via Private Message but I am looking to do an iPhone and iPad application that lets you know about the latest events coming up in New York City (USA). Ideally we want the following (subject to change if you have better ideas of how to execute): - A nice and sleek design based off a mockup that we have designed in Photoshop - Its an iOS app that will give you daily updates on the latest events going on "Today" or any other day of your choosing - Ability to get push notifications when new "LAST MINUTE" events are added or when breaking news occurs - Ability to easily update the app with new events in a simple matter (can either be done manually or via RSS) - whatever is most convenient - When you click an event, you should be able to have the ability to see flyer and event info. As well as a link to get more info under each listing. - Would also need a couple other tabs that would most likely be "Submit An Event", "Contact Us", "Photos", and then maybe a tab titled "News" which would feed in the latest posts from an RSS feed Let me know if any questions and PLEASE be prepared to give us your resume and show us other apps that you have created that are in the iTunes app store currently
