Require structural calculations for UK building regulations submission from suitably qualified and PI insured chartered Structural Engineer. Two instances of lean-to roof ridge lintel from standard UB/UC with bearing end plates (very similar roofs & spans etc), calculations and steel drawings to enable fabrication. Two instances of foundations, one under single storey height taking lean-to roof, other under single storey height taking flat roof with balcony deck, calculations and drawings to demonstrate the lean-to foundation (now built) complies, flat roof (yet to be built) for builder to construct to. Priority 1 (urgent) ... The two steel calculations and their drawing are needed first and to be issued without delay, and any corrections or queries take priority. Priority 2 is the foundation yet to be built under flat roof wall, Priority 3 is foundation that has been built. Total fixed fee price required. Drawings (PDF & DWG format) are in zip file to be able to undertake task, areas highlighted to show where the elements needed are JPG markups attached in order to be able to submit fee quotation. Upon selection and award of project, you will need to confirm before we undertake further discussions to ensure both yours and our time is not abortive.
