Configure Cisco 1911 Router - Repost - open to bidding

I need a guy who is capable of doing the following: Configure 3 WAN links on Cisco 1911 to have failover ability i.e. to switch link for voice and data service based on priority as stated below. When primary link is down, the secondary will be up and when both primary and secondary links are down then the standby will come on. NAT is needed as well. I have someone who has some Cisco knowledge but need someone to provide some commands that works for the above scenario that we need. Must be able to troubleshoot with our team to provide support to resolve the connectivity issues. Link 1 (Highest priority) – VSAT Link 2 – (Microwave) Link 3 – (Fleet BroadBand -FBB)
