Calling all under 25 web designers!

Are you a young web designer? Do you want a job in web design? Do you have little or no commercial examples of your work? Do you have free time to design in? Are you willing to work for free.? Yes, I said free. This is not a circular :) I'm a recent graduate, based somewhere in the West Midlands, who's looking for a web development job. I have only two (poor) commercial examples of my work. I have free time to develop in. I'm willing to work for free. So join me in offering companies free web development! It's pretty simple - if you're going for an interview it's useful to have examples of your work. I have a couple, but I don't really feel that they're very useful to me. I need more. Finding companies to do development work for is pretty hard in the now-competitive market, but what if we had the edge - ultra low-cost? It might work. It might not. Worth a try, eh?
