WB Floor Plan

I require a revised floorplan for redevelopment of a motel. I only need a basic outline plan of rooms and not a detailed layout of each individual room. I need a floorplan to cover the following: 1. A bar & restaurant for high class dining on the main floor. 2. A kids area located remotely from the bar and dining areas to accommodate supervised play and eating spaces for children. 3. A bar area for twenty something clientele (think ski bum). Possibly located in the basement. 4. A commercial kitchen to facilitate 60-100 diners. Basement or main floor. 5. 4-6 rooms to be setup as permanent bunk rooms with shared lounge, cooking and bathrooms facilities. These are for short-medium term \"young and fun\' stays and should be located separately from the rooms below in 6. 6. 10-12 rooms which are approx 300-350ft2 to be either studio apartments or hotel rooms. All should have private bathroom facilities. Use of existing walls is preferable as much as possible. 7. The whole property needs to be rewired and re-plumbed. Consideration should be given to locating bathrooms together to reduce fitting costs for piping. 8. Access to the upper floors should be by means of both internal and external staircases, with the option to have the internal staircases closed off. All rooms in point 6 should have access to the outside balcony which can be extended only across the rear of the property. 9. Internal staircases: use existing ground floor to main floor and need to review main floor to top. A further staircase may also be added as required. 10. Also need to consider ADA (disability) requirements for visitors and staff, for at least 2 of each type of room/facility. Would prefer to avoid installation of mechanical lift/elevator. Potential for more work as the project progresses.
