Library to Convert NC1 files to either DXF or SVG files

Hi! I am interested in your project since it is somehow related to what I'm currently doing. I am a senior engineer in a company that is engaged in the research and development of 3d printers. Our current project is related to laser sintering and laser melting and we use both DXF and SVG files for the sliced layers of the 3d model. While I'm bidding this for a software that will be deliverable in a month, it is just a conservative period considering that I will be studying the NC file format that you use. Most of the time will be spent to study the file format and then formulating the algorithm to generate the DXF / SVG file. Once the algorithm is formulated, coding would just be a breeze.
