asp.NET help fix error when connecting to webservice

We have a C# .net site that was using a webservice called Sertifi to E-Sign documents. That webservice recently updated to require TLS 1.1. Now we are getting a connection error when trying to use the webservice. We get similar errors when trying to add the Webservice reference in Visual Studio and from the website when we call the Webservice: In Visual Studio There was an error downloading '[login to view URL]$metadata'. The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send. Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host Metadata contains a reference that cannot be resolved: '[login to view URL]'. An error occurred while making the HTTP request to [login to view URL] This could be due to the fact that the server certificate is not configured properly with [login to view URL] in the HTTPS case. This could also be caused by a mismatch of the security binding between the client and the server. The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send. Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.
