Please create a ready to run SD card for Raspberry Pi 2. It should have "raspbian" installed including "motion" for four USB Cameras and be ready to connect to a PPPoE modem. I would prefer someone to have some programming knowledge to make a GUI for ease of running the system.

I've got several Raspberry Pi's and I'm actively contributing to their forum/website. I'd be glad to help you, though, I need to mention that not all USB camera's are going to work on your raspberry.
