YouTube Voting, Favoriting, Commenting, etc Software Needed

I need a Windows desktop application that can do all of the following: - login to YouTube accounts using the following account information format: username:password - can post like ratings to videos using the video URL once logged in - can post comments using the video URL once logged in - can like comments from using the video URL and username of the person who left the comment - can add videos as favorites using the video URL once logged in - can subscribe to youtube channels once logged in The software must also support proxies with and without usernames and passwords in the follow formats: IP:Port IP:Port:username:password The software needs to have a built in delay that can be specified over a range of time. For example, a random delay between 10 and 20 seconds while posting comments to a video. The software also needs to be multi-threaded meaning that multiple accounts can be used for ratings, comments, subscribers and favorites at the same time.
