network packet loss modeling estimation

Hi, I need help in my semester project for Multimedia course. I want someone to work on the modeling of the packet loss for streaming videos and how the loss in packets effect the perceptual quality. I will provide more details to interested bidders. If you don't know about packet loss and video streaming please don't waste my time and yours. The project is due in next 10 days.
