A Pocket PC/SmartPhone Application A real time Background Service Application using [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] [and not an application that just starts by putting it on startup folder]. You can refer to [login to view URL] to understand exactly how I want this to be implemented. The application should be able to check for availability of internet connection and connect to a web service to communicate both ways to update/fetch data from/to a Sql Server 2000 Server Database and the local SQL Server Mobile Database. We will be working on the web service, so you just have to make sure the service works with the web service. Platform: Windows CE Pocket PC 2000 Pocket PC 2002 Pocket PC 2003 SmartPhone 2003
