Hello there! I have read the attached description of requirements. I got to say it's an interesting project, entailing lots of research work more than anything else. I am very interested to do all the research necessary for the script development plan, which at the very least should include heavy research on culture and language, as well as for the production plan, which will look into available media resources and how best and most effectively to utilize them.
