I am looking for an HR and Recruiter to assist me for a period of 3 months. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment and be able to handle the following tasks:
- Recruitment: The candidate should be able to effectively source and screen candidates for various positions.
- Employee Onboarding: The candidate should be able to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Performance Management: The candidate should be able to assist in the performance management process by providing support and guidance to managers.
I prefer a hiring strategy that involves job postings, as it has proven to be effective in attracting candidates.
For this project, I am specifically looking for mid-level candidates who have the necessary experience and skills to fulfill the job requirements.
